I'm already an Auto Trader customer; am I automatically registered with Dealer Portal?
It depends on your current contact level. If you are already registered for any of our current products you can use your existing username & password to access the portal.
How do I unsubscribe from products?
Just contact customer services on 0845 071 2655 and we will update your contract.
Can rival dealers see my details?
No, Dealer Portal is a secure site. Because of the registration and accreditation process you can be assured information applicable to your dealership is only available to you and any other members of your dealership who are registered and subscribed to use the portal.
